Terms of service
1. Who provides this service
Patrik Schiller
Czech Republic
support@mcto3d.com
2. What the service does
mc-to-3d converts regions of Minecraft worlds into 3D-printable models. The conversion runs entirely in your browser: your world files and the models you produce are never uploaded to us.
The service is free. An account with a confirmed email address is required to download models.
3. Your account
- Provide an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or remove an account that is used to abuse the service or to break these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- attempt to break, overload or circumvent the limits of the service;
- automate bulk downloads, or resell access to the service;
- use the service to process content you have no right to use.
5. Who owns what
- Your content stays yours. The worlds you load and the model files you export are yours; we claim no rights over them, and we never receive them in the first place.
- The service itself — its software, design and name — belongs to the operator and is not licensed to you beyond using the service as intended.
- Third-party rights are yours to respect. You are responsible for having the right to convert and print whatever you load, including any build created by someone else.
6. Relationship to Minecraft
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. This service is an independent tool for working with your own Minecraft worlds and is neither produced, endorsed nor supported by Mojang or Microsoft.
7. No warranty, and limits on liability
The service is provided as it is, free of charge, with no guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or that a generated model will be printable or accurate. Check every model before spending filament or money on it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including wasted material, failed prints or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — in particular for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
8. Changes to the service and these terms
The service is under active development: features may change or be withdrawn. If these terms change materially, the date at the top will change, and — where we have your confirmed email address and the change affects you — we will tell you.
9. Governing law
Czech law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
